Find a Harley shop that has a damaged parts bin. They might let you mix and match to find something that will suit, or can weld part of an HD fender on to your stocker to get the size you are looking for. Aftermarket hardparts for the bike are rather scarce, most of us who do major modifications use HD and Yamaha pieces to get what we need. If you have a Japanese motorcycle graveyard nearby, you're bound to find something that will work. If push comes to shove, send me your fender and a good line drawing of what you want and I'll work something up for you.
